Unfortunately, Richard’s camera did not work most of the trip, so we don’t have his amazing photographs. But here are a few.
Basilique Notre Dame de Fourviere, Lyon
This trip, I was able to capture a few moments that mean something to me. Of course, Richard would tell you that he taught me all I know about photography — which has some truth in it. However, we do look at the same place through different eyes. Here are a few of my best photos:
Papal Palace, Avignon
Fountain outside Beaux Arts Museum, Lyon
WWII festival & parade, Tarascon
Richard is the photographer, typically. Lisa is the writer, typically. We've both been know to cross-genre...is that allowed?

I probably don’t have to tell you how much I LOVED, LOVED these photos! Soooo wish I could have been there – but I’ll live vicariously through you. Thanks so much for sharing these with me.
I wish you could have been with us to share this amazing place, time.
